I’ve been home in Minnesota to unwind after my whirlwind trip with Ethan, Sharisse, and Maria over the holidays. Frank appreciates the break – he loves having a backyard again!
As much as I love being home, I’ve got a bad case of the travel bug – so I was thrilled to see that today is National Plan For Vacation Day!
My dream vacation destinations have one major thing in common: they all support American biofuels! All of these countries import homegrown biofuels from America, supporting jobs and helping fuel prices stay low.
Now without further ado: my top five vacation destinations!
The CN Tower held the record for the world’s tallest free-standing structure for 32 years. It’s a symbol of innovation – something I try to use every day in my tank.
I’ve always wanted to visit Machu Picchu. What better way than hiking to the historic Temple of the Sun, celebrating smarter fuel choices that help preserve our future?
The beautiful Ueno Park, Hitachi Seaside Park, and Hama Rikyu Gardens are a few of the places I’d seek out to enjoy fresh air – air kept cleaner by reduced toxic emissions from biofuels!
A road trip on my bucket list is a long drive on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway with its lush green forests. My nearly 60-mile trip will be worry-free with improved engine performance from biofuels.
The Tarsier Sanctuary in Corella protects the wide-eyed, endangered primate – my favorite animal (don’t tell Frank)!
I guess what excites me the most about these five destinations is that however far away they are, I know a part of home is there – American biofuels, helping reduce carbon emissions and improve air quality worldwide.
